We bake our treats in small batches to ensure your pup gets the freshest snacks possible.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Because we bake to order, please allow extra time during holidays or large sales.

🦴 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our bakery items and for the safety of all our furry customers, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, your satisfaction (and your dog’s tail wag) is our top priority.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or we made a mistake (oops!), please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

  1. Take a photo of the damaged treat or the incorrect item.

  3. We will happily send a replacement or issue a refund for the affected items.

Non-Food Items

For non-perishable items (like toys or apparel), we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellations

Need to change your mind? Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order, provided we haven’t already started baking your treats!


🐾 Frequently Asked Questions

“My dog didn’t like the flavor. Can I get a refund?” While we strive to make every treat delicious, dogs have different palates! We cannot offer refunds for “picky eaters,” but we recommend trying a different protein or flavor in your next order.

“My package is lost.” If your tracking says “Delivered” but it’s nowhere to be found, please contact the carrier first. If they can’t help, reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do to track it down.
